18ct moonstone and diamond cluster ring

A statement 18ct yellow gold moonstone and diamond cluster ring. The moonstone measures 10x7mm and the head of the cluster measures 16x12mm. The estimated diamond weight is 0.90ct H/si1 and the ring measures 10mm deep. This ring is a UK size P / US size 7 3/4. 

Moonstone gets its name from the moonlight glow that floats just beneath the surface of some specimens when they are turned under incident light. This floating glow, known as "adularescence," is produced by a reflection of diffused light from parallel intergrowths within the stone.
