We welcome you to come and visit us at our office in Hatton Garden. We ask you to please follow these two procedures before arriving:
1. Let us know the item or few items that you would like to view before arriving.
2. Send us a picture of yourself and who may be accompanying you to the viewing.
All Wave Antiques items offer free delivery. For International Delivery please note that import taxes are additional cost paid by the customer*
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at waveantiques@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery to see if we are able to find a solution. However, if you are still unsatisfied with any of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Keep your jewellery sparkling by using warm soapy water and a soft bristle brush behind the stones. We recommend storing your jewellery in a soft pouch or jewellery box to prevent damage.

Resizing
We offer complimentary ring sizing on all items where possible. Please leave an order note at checkout with the ring size required.
Due to the nature of some stone settings and designs we are not able to re-size some pieces and this will be stated in the item description.
Warranty
We are committed to providing you with jewellery that stands the test of time. We are proud to offer a comprehensive warranty that reflects our confidence in the quality of our products.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. This includes issues such as loose gemstones, faulty clasps, or any other defects arising from the production process.
Certificates
It will be stated on the product page if the item comes with supporting paperwork or certificates. If an item does not have a certificate we are able to provide EDR jewellery reports with a purchase if requested.

Fast shipping
For UK Delivery: Insured Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm Next Day.
For International Delivery: Insured DHL Express 5-10 business days.
Ring Resizing timings: 1-3 business days
EDR Certificate timings: 1-2 business days
Order tracking
